How secure is my data?
We employ a number of security measures at Bill On Site, including but not limited to:
  • All your invoice data is transmitted encrypted over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to prevent eavesdropping.
  • Every change to your invoice is saved, so you can review what happened to your invoice at any point in time.
  • All these changes are immediately copied to a geographically separate server, so that even if a meteor strikes our main server, your data is safe.
  • As if that weren't enough, every night, a full backup of all your data is saved to Amazon's S3. This provides two full, separate backup locations for all your data.
