Bill On Site - Terms of Service

Bill On Site ("We", "Us", and other terms of similar meaning) provides the Bill On Site website, tools, and services (the "Service") to you, subject to your acceptance of these terms of service ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Service or browsing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms without notice. New or changed features of the Service will fall under the most current Terms. If you continue to use the Service after any such changes, it constitutes your agreement to such modifications.

Violation of any of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your account.

1. Privacy

   1. Bill On Site is commited to the privacy of its users and their clients. During your usage of the service, we collect a fair bit personal and usage information. Because we regard the safety and privacy of your information with the utmost seriousness, we provide a privacy policy that agree to read and understand.
   2. During this free period, you agree that your your company contact email address and user email address may be used to contact you to solicit your help in improving the service.

2. Account Terms

   1. No automatic methods of registration are allowed.
   2. Full information about the primary user and company is required to use the service, including but not necessarily limited to: Company name, company address, contact and invoicing email addresses.
   3. Only one person may access each user account. You may not share user accounts.
   4. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Should your account become compromised, you bear all responsiblity for all damages incurred.
   5. You are solely responsible for every action taken by your account, even if you personally did not take that action.
   6. You may not use your account for any illegal activities, including but not limited to sending unsolicited email (spam), viruses, or malware.

3. Modifications

   1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, temporarily or permanently, without warning.
   2. We reserve the right to modify any prices with a 30 day notice.

4. Payment and Access

   1. Bill On Site is offered for free on a limited time basis. This offer will not extend indefinitely and payment will eventually be required.
   2. You will be provided with a minimum of thirty (30) days notice before payment is required for continued use of the service.
   3. If you do not agree to pay after the point in time where payment is required, you will not be able to continue to use the service.
   4. Bill On Site holds no liability for loss of content or capabilities that may occur due to upgrading or downgrading your account.
   5. All charges are exclusive of all fees and taxes imposed by governing or taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying such fees and taxes.
   6. You accept that any charges incurred for internet access, mobile or otherwise, due to your usage of Bill On Site are your own responsibility.

5. Cancellation and Termination

   1. It is solely your responsibility to ensure your account is cancelled. An email to support will not be sufficient.
   2. Cancelled subscriptions will allow access for an additional 30 days, in order for you to retrieve your data.
   3. When 30 days has passed after you cancel your account, your content will be deleted. Content so deleted is irretrievable.
   4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason at any time.
   5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Copyright and Ownership

   1. All content entered by users, including client information, invoice information, logos, or other data or files required to use the Service remain the copyright of that user.
   2. We do not pre-screen any content, but reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason.

7. Service Levels

   1. Bill On Site shall make all reasonable attempts to ensure the Service is available to you, but due to the fact that the Service relies on the internet and related services that are inherently not 100% reliable, we make no warranties or guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Bill On Site will not be liable for any interruptions in the Service.
   2. In order to use the mobile portion of this service, you understand that you will require a "smart phone" - that is, a phone with a web browser - and that your phone must have internet access enabled on it.

8. General Conditions

   1. Your use of the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no guarantees or warantees of any kind. You assume total responsibility for all use of the Service.
   2. You understand that the Service will be used to transmit client and invoice information over the internet, and that this may cause that information to be transmitted unencrypted.
   3. Bill On Site makes no warranties or guarantees about your ability to use the service, your satisfaction with the service, the availability of the service or any downtime incurred, the accuracy of any mathematical calculations performed by the Service, or that any bugs or errors in the Service will be corrected.
   4. Bill On Site, its affiliates, sponsors, and owners are not responsible or liable for any damages incurred through use of the site, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.
   5. If any section of these Terms are rendered unenforcable, the enforcability of the remainder of the Terms shall not be impaired.
   6. The failure of Bill On Site to enforce any of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of such rights. These Terms supercede any prior agreements between You and Bill On Site, including prior versions of these Terms.
